Return Policy

If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations and you are not satisfied you may return your order within 14 days of the received date.

If it's been over 14 days of delivery date we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. No returns or refunds on food items.

For all returns you must provide receipt and proof or purchase and return the product(s) unused and in original packaging as when product(s) was received.  Please be aware that there will be a $10.00 fee if the product(s) is not returned in its original packaging.  

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping cost will be deducted from refunded amount.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs including the return of product(s).  

The time it takes for exchange to occur will vary as it depends on your location. If you are shipping back a product(s) that is over $50.00 we recommend adding insurance on product(s) and/or tracking as there is no guarantee that the product(s) will be received.

Refunds

Once the product(s) has been received and inspected an email will be sent to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.  If you're approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to original form of payment.  Please note depending on your form of payment or bank it can take 7-10 business days to see the refund.  If you're still not seeing the refund after 7-10 business days please contact us at info@kibunandnunchi.com

Sale Items

All sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges

Only product(s) that are damaged or defective are replaced.  Please email me with a photo of damage or defect at info@kibunandnunchi.com
